Frances Keller Connor, 87, died February 24, 2011 at her residence. She was born in Savannah, daughter of the late Eugene and Ursula Kennedy Keller. Mrs. Connor was retired but had previously worked as an accountant for Savannah Air Service and Chatham Electric Company. She was a communicant of St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church and a member of the Savannah Republican Women, Savannah Friends of Music, Savannah Woman's Club, Best of Friends, Forever Young at St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church, Retired Officers Club Auxiliary, Cassina Garden Club, Wilmington Island Garden Club, Preservation of Catholic Cemetery and Golden Girls of Savannah Red Hat Society. Her husband, Charles Robert Connor, Sr., preceded her in death.
Surviving are her son and daughter-in-law, Charles R."Bob" Connor, Jr. and Lynda Connor of Roswell, GA; brother, Gene Keller and his wife, Helen of Charlotte, NC; and grandson, Rob Berkhan of Atlanta, GA.
Visitation: 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Sunday, February 27, 2011 at Fox & Weeks Funeral Directors, Islands Chapel with a Christian Wake Service at 5:30 p.m.
Mass of Christian Burial: 11:00 a.m., Monday, February 28, 2011 at St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church.
Entombment: Forest Lawn Memory Gardens Mausoleum.
